1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before work has commenced. Once work has begun on your project, cancellation may be subject to fees based on the work completed.
To cancel an order, please contact us at admin@techbacklinks.com or support@techbacklinks.com with your order number and cancellation request.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to deliver the service as promised
- If you cancel before work has commenced
- If there is a significant delay beyond our control that affects service delivery
- If the service delivered does not meet the agreed specifications
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services that have been completed and delivered
- Custom content that has been created and published
- Services cancelled after work has commenced (partial refund may apply)
- Third-party fees or charges
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery or cancellation. Refund requests must include:
- Order number
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where work has partially commenced, we may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. The refund amount will be calculated as the difference between the total payment and the value of work completed.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and future services.
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us first to discuss the issue. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
